5. Payments
Payment terms, deposits, and accepted payment methods will be provided before work begins. Late payments may be subject to reasonable fees to the extent permitted by law.
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Disclosing known hazards, restrictions, or special requirements at the job site
Securing personal items, vehicles, and valuables near the work area when applicable
Confirming property boundaries and permissions if work occurs near neighboring property
7. Warranties and disclaimers
We perform work using reasonable care and professional judgment based on the surface, conditions, and goals.
Because surfaces and prior coatings vary, results can differ. Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are provided “as is” without guarantees of a specific cosmetic outcome, and without implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Mobile Blasting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
If liability is found, our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
