Abrasive Blasting

Abrasive blasting is the right tool when you need to remove rust, paint, heavy coatings, or buildup and get down to a clean surface that is ready for repair or a new protective finish.

We are a mobile service. That means we come to you, we set up correctly, and we leave the site clean. If you have been burned by contractors who do not show up, or who rush a job without protecting what matters, you are exactly who we built this business for.

Call us to talk through the project, or use the contact form so we can collect the details we need to give you a real estimate.

Marine Abrasive Blasting

Bottom paint removal is not a job you want done by someone cutting corners. Marinas and boat owners are hiring us to protect the boat, protect nearby boats, and keep the worksite under control.

What we blast:

  • Build complete containment to ensure the capture of all waste

  • Bottom paint removal and surface prep

  • Hull prep for barrier coat and anti fouling paint

  • Sea walls and docks

  • Boat lifts, trailers, and storage racking

  • Coating removal on marine parts and hardware

How we handle it:
We take containment seriously. If there is ever a leak, we stop and fix it immediately. We do not keep blasting and hope it is fine. That mindset protects your boat and the marina.

Propane and Fuel Tanks

We understand the challenge of keeping your tanks properly maintained and looking good for your customers. Rusty tanks cannot be set for filling, and they don’t make money sitting in your yard empty. Shipping tanks out to a 3rd party for reconditioning is slow and very expensive.

We will come right to your yard when you need us to get you caught up. We can also do plant equipment so you’re always looking good for your next audit. With almost 20 years in the gas business, we understand how to get the job done safely.

Common storage tank and gas plant projects:

  • Tanks or silos

  • Bobtails, tank wagons and trailers

  • Cages, racks, piping

  • Gates, railings and bollards

  • Water treatment facilities

Automotive Abrasive Blasting

Abrasive blasting is the right choice when the goal is true restoration. Rust and paint removal down to clean metal, then prep for the next step.

This is not for quick bargain jobs. It is for owners who care about doing it once and doing it right.

Common automotive projects:

  • Frame, suspension, and undercarriage blasting

  • Engine bays, trunks, and interior

  • Wheels and bumpers

  • Truck beds

  • Full body restoration

We control pressure and media selection based on the surface, and we talk through expectations up front so there are no surprises.

Concrete, Brick, and Pools

Concrete and masonry blasting is often the fastest way to clean and restore hard exterior surfaces, when pressure washing alone will not touch it.

Common projects:

  • Pool paint, algae, and calcium removal

  • Removal of paint from brick or stone

  • Patio or garage floor stain and sealant removal

  • Rust, glue, epoxy spills

  • Graffiti removal

  • Parking stripe removal

We are careful with surfaces that can be damaged by aggressive blasting. When it makes sense, we start with a small test area first, then scale up once we see how the surface responds.

Wood and Log Homes

Wood restoration is a specialty. You want the surface cleaned back without tearing it up.

Abrasive blasting can remove old stain, paint, smoke residue, or buildup so the wood can be restored and protected again.

Common projects:

  • Log home restoration and prep

  • Deck stain or paint removal

  • Furniture stripping

  • Wood siding, doors and trim

  • Heavy buildup and coating removal

The goal is control. The right media, the right pressure, and a finish that looks even, not chewed up.

Heavy Equipment and Trailers

Equipment and trailers take a beating. Abrasive blasting is often the most efficient way to remove rust, paint, and buildup so you can protect the surface again.

Common projects:

  • Heavy equipment frames and attachments

  • Utility trailers and cargo trailers

  • Farm equipment and storage vessels

  • Industrial machinery and components

  • Coating removal and prep for repainting

If the job calls for coating after blasting, we can talk through that plan as well so the work holds up, not just looks good on day one.

Dry Ice Blasting vs Abrasive Blasting

Choosing the Right Method for Your Project

One of the most common questions we get is:

“Should this be done with dry ice blasting or abrasive blasting?”

The answer depends on the surface, the environment, and the result you’re trying to achieve - not which method sounds better.

We use both. We’ll also tell you when neither is the right fit.
