We are a mobile dustless paint stripping and surface preparation company that services Michigan and northern Ohio.
Premier mobile blasting uses water, media, compressed air and a mobile equipment delivery system to remove material coatings and restore surfaces for a broad range of applications with a dustless and eco-friendly result. Offering a modern and an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional sandblasting.
Dustless blasting mixes water and abrasive inside the blast pot. By introducing water we're drastically increasing the mass and energy the machine is putting out while eliminating dust. Imagine throwing a handful of dry sand, versus throwing a handful of wet sand; which one is going to have a more significant impact on the target? Not only will the wet sand hit the target harder, but it also won't disintegrate and become a dust plume-like dry sand will.
This replaces labor-intensive, time-consuming processes of sanding, scraping, chemical etching, chemical stripping and grinding. Easily removes all coatings, rust, stains, mold, corrosion, oil, grease, concrete, graffiti on a broad range of material surfaces, concrete, fiberglass, metal, wood and more.
AUTOMOTIVE
Stop spending countless hours sanding and grinding, or using hazardous chemical strippers. Our process removes paint, primer, bondo and rust using the dustless blasting system leaving your surface clean with an ideal anchor profile ready for primer. We use a rust inhibitor that prevents flash rust for up to 72 hours.
MARINE
The dustless blasting system is the perfect application for marine maintenance. Our process is safe on all surfaces including aluminum, fiberglass, steel and wood. We can handle a wide variety of coatings- from anti-fouling paint, bottom paint, epoxy, to heavy marine growth. The dust-free process keeps the surrounding areas clean and allows others to continue working nearby.
RESIDENTIAL
Our environmentally friendly blast media is key, it won't harm grass or foliage nearby. The dustless blasting system
can be a lifesaver for those unwanted tasks around the home like- antiques, furniture, cabins, brick, decks, patios, stone, pools, wrought iron fencing, fire damage, and mold. The recycled glass we use is safe on all surfaces. It obliterates the coatings and grime that chemicals and power washers can't remove.
COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL
The dustless blasting system produces NO ignitable sparks, static electricity, or a huge dust plume. It will destroy industrial-strength coatings that chemicals and power washers can't remove. Pipelines, industrial storage tanks, building surfaces, heavy equipment, fleet vehicle, municipality work, curb and line strip removal and much more are no match for the dustless blaster.
